The Construction and Empirical Research on the Dynamic Evaluation Model of University Science and Technology Output

We established a model based on the “Malmquist index” to evaluate dynamic performance of scientific and technological innovation in seven Chinese universities, which included five categories: changes pure technical efficiency, production technology, scale organizational management performance, comprehensive efficiency.
