The Construction and Empirical Research on the Dynamic Evaluation Model of University Science and Technology Output

We established a model based on the “Malmquist index” to evaluate dynamic performance of scientific and technological innovation in seven Chinese universities, which included five categories: changes pure technical efficiency, production technology, scale organizational management performance, comprehensive efficiency. Seven domestic first-class universities were studied, empirical analysis was performed data related their during three time periods (2013-2014, 2014-2015, 2015-2016). Our results demonstrated that contribution rate for each index different university across periods, is gradually transitioning from resource allocation In this paper, we explored transformation effect efficiency static evaluation output colleges constructed systematic unique multi-evaluation system universities.
